WolfNet® has 10 years experience with multiple listing services and related systems. WolfNet® is currently accessing nearly 6 million listings and 50 million photos across more than 300 MLSs nationwide. WolfNet® has considerable experience with data conversion projects, including standardizing disparate MLS data sources into a single common data structure. Additionally, offers mass photo processing, generation of thumbnail images, photo hosting, and property geo-coding services. WolfNet® utilizes Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS) servers that are compliant with National Association of REALTORS® standards (1.7.2 compliance).
In 2009, WolfNet® was contracted by Carolina Data Share (CDS) to develop, implement and host a shared database of all active listings from the six participating MLSs across North and South Carolina. The shared database can be accessed by MLS members and their vendors via RETS and allows the MLSs to cooperatively deliver value to their members by sharing listing data and allowing members to display listing information on their web sites.
