Role: Sales Representative
Location: Downtown Minneapolis, MN
Length: Full-time permanent on-site W2
Salary Range: Based on experience and qualifications
You must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
WolfNet is looking for focused and results-oriented sales representatives with demonstrated success and propensity for business development, negotiations, communication, superior customer service, and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment. As a sales representative, you will work in a team-oriented setting with responsibility for marketing our services and developing business with new and current clients.
Required Experience and Skills
- Qualified candidates will have experience in sales, customer service, or retail
- Proven ability to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
- Capacity to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers
- Skilled in consultative selling, taking into account our clients' business considerations and providing various solutions to meet their business needs
- Aptitude to gather and submit detailed business information for underwriting, pricing, and proposals of solutions for clients
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
Desirable Skills
- Experience in the software and/or real estate industries
- Experience with enterprise software solutions
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own client base by marketing via telephone our services for real estate property search solutions and maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Establish monthly business plans in conjunction with the sales supervisor, detailing goals to follow during the fiscal year
- Build a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, email, and networking
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities
- Participate in local, regional, and national trade associations and networking events to increase WolfNet's presence in the business community; Potential for 10% travel should be expected
- Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team; Also, proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- Participate and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects, and company employees
Education
Bachelor's degree with coursework in communications, liberal arts, or business is strongly desired. Candidates with equivalent job-related experience in a position with similar responsibilities will also be considered.
Compensation
Salary based upon experience and abilities. Performance bonuses will be tied directly to individual and team performance.
