Job Description
Role: Senior Web Developer
Location: Downtown Minneapolis, MN
Length: Full-time permanent on-site W2
Salary Range: Based on experience and qualifications

Required Skills
- 8+ years of development experience with languages such as JAVA, J2EE, ColdFusion, .NET, PHP, etc.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a senior level developer
- MVC framework experience (any framework)
- Highly knowledgeable with OO Design and Analysis (any language)
- Understanding of Design Patterns
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries, XHTML and JavaScript
- Experience with unit testing, test harnesses and peer code review
- Ability to generate software specifications from business requirements
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to mentor and guide junior level developers

Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, code, debug, document and implement enterprise level OO MVC internet applications
- Work with project managers to interpret business requirements and offer technical solutions
- Planning, estimation, documentation and status reporting
- Mentor and train other developers
- Propose, collaborate and implement technology solutions to make our products and systems as flexible and powerful as possible.
Education
Bachelor's degree with coursework in Computer Science or Management Information Systems desired. Candidates with equivalent job-related experience in a position with similar responsibilities will also be considered.
