I started this company back in 1996 with an entrepreneurial spirit and gusto. Who knew it would transform into an international organization providing technology to over 80,000+ customers. I’ve said it many times but want to echo my previous statements, my people are what make the difference and drive the modern technology and exceptional customer service we deliver every day. I focus on managing the larger business, creating the vision for our product and market strategies, consulting with clients and generally connecting with the real estate industry. In reality, I have my hands in just about everything as I have an open door policy where anyone can bring in ideas for the organization. I’m an exercise junkie, believe in perpetual optimism and love the Minnesota Wild. Most importantly, I love spending time with my wife, three kids and two goofy dogs.
I am the Chief Operations Officer, or as I like to call it, the “Organizer of Chaos”. Whether it is representing the Pack at a tradeshow, composing process documentation or implementing new software for our company, I do whatever it takes to help our staff be at the top of their game. My experience in MLS, administration, sales, and project management helps me work with our extremely talented executive and management teams to ensure our organization is a well-oiled machine.
My time outside of the office is spent with my loving husband, three awesome kids and two loyal dogs.
Director of Sales and Business Development
Grant Worthen is WolfNet’s Director of Sales and Business Development and has over 10 years experience in the real estate technology industry. With a wife as a Realtor, Grant finds himself both working as a technology consultant as well as a practitioner in the business itself. His passion is coaching and consulting with Realtors to use WordPress websites, search engine optimization and lead generation to help build and create efficiencies in their daily businesses.
I started with WolfNet in 2011 as a senior developer and bring over 20 years of internet technology experience to the company. As IT Manager, I manage the day-to-day affairs of the development and database teams. I’m responsible for project technical analysis and assisting with the planning process for WolfNet’s various technology initiatives. I love to spend my free time with my amazing wife and two daughters. I’m also a singer/songwriter and an independent recording artist.
Business/ HR Manager
Lee has been WolfNet’s Business Manager since September 1999. She and her team expertly perform all accounting and HR functions. Perhaps more important to the staff, Lee’s team also organizes all company events, parties and happy hours! Lee was formerly a paralegal specializing in franchising and distribution as well as intellectual property. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
Director of Product Development
As the Director of Product Development, my focus is on strategizing for the future of WolfNet’s suite of products. In addition, my role includes project execution, resource management, training and process development. Most of my time is spent staring at, thinking about, talking about, and analyzing product roadmaps, backlogs and project plans.
As the Chief Technology Officer at WolfNet, my primary focus is keeping all of our systems functioning exactly as our clients expect 24/7/365. There are a lot of moving parts with respect to WolfNet’s technology stacks and I enjoy working with our teams to come up with innovative solutions that perform the very best for our clients. Even with over 20 years working in IT, I learn something new every week and we have such fantastic technology teams that keep me feeling more young and invigorated than I have a right to feel.
Outside of work I am an avid alpine skier, rock climber, motorcycle rider and sports fan. I enjoy traveling to the mountains with my lovely wife, Shannon, where we do a lot of hiking, camping and find enjoyment in the great outdoors.
Our Roots & Evolution
Who knew two computers sitting on a dining room table would soon become the company it is today. With the help of his older brother, our fearless leader/CEO Joel MacIntosh started out from his garden level double bungalow – lovingly called “The Dungeon” (a.k.a. the basement) – and acquired WolfNet’s first real estate client in 1997.
From there, through hard work and continued growth, WolfNet pivoted from a company that served more than 25 different industries (yes, we worked with a fish touring company!) to one solely focused on the real estate market. We launched our first IDX solution in 2000 right here in our home state of Minnesota.
We now service over 640 MLS markets across the United States and Canada.
