For nearly 18 years, Keller Williams Realty International (KWRI) and WolfNet Technologies have worked together to create massive success for KWRI Agents and Market Centers. Effective December 31, 2019 KWRI has terminated the contract between the two companies. This means that all WolfNet services provided through KWRI, including eAgentC IDX and the KW Mobile App, will no longer be powered by WolfNet. 

Please note, this change does not affect agents and Market Centers who have separately contracted with WolfNet for services such as MapTracks, IDX Websites, and the WordPress Plugin.

What you need to know

If you have questions regarding your direct contract or paid subscriptions with WolfNet, please review this FAQ or contact our support team.  If you have questions regarding the transition of KWRI provided services, please direct any questions to KWRI Tech Support.

What’s happening with my KW Mobile App?

The KW Mobile App will no longer be powered by WolfNet after December 31, 2019. For more information on the KW Mobile App, please contact KWRI Tech Support.

When is my eAgentC IDX Solution going away?

Your eAgentC IDX solution powered by WolfNet will be available until December 31, 2019. 

Will my website be affected?

If you are using a KWRI provided eAgentC website, please contact KWRI Tech Support to discuss next steps.  If you are interested in learning more about WolfNet’s website offerings, please contact us today and we’ll be happy to help.  

If you have a WordPress Instant Site from WolfNet, your service will not be affected. If you have purchased a 3rd party website (not powered by WolfNet or KWRI) and subscribe directly to WolfNet for IDX services and related upgrades (3.0R, MapTracks, WordPress Plugin, etc.), your WolfNet services will not be affected. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

WolfNet will continue to provide excellent service and support to all our KWRI customers and we look forward to continuing to serve you.

I have purchased a Vanity Code to work with the KW Mobile App, how do I keep it?

WolfNet has shared a list of all active Vanity Codes with  KWRI Tech Support to facilitate the transition. Please contact them directly to determine your next steps in the process.

Does this mean WolfNet and KWRI no longer have a relationship?

While the contract between Keller Williams Realty International and WolfNet is ending, WolfNet’s suite of services (websites, IDX, plug-in, etc.) are still available to all Keller Williams Agents and Market Centers.  If you would like to learn more about our products, please contact our team today!

How do I access my current leads in the WolfNet BackOffice?

We recommend pulling a report of your leads as soon as possible. You can download a copy of your leads by navigating to My Leads > Reports through the WolfNet BackOffice. Access to your leads will be available until March 31, 2020.  Please note that after March 31, 2020, all lead information will be permanently deleted and unrecoverable.

If I purchased enhanced services from WolfNet, will my pricing change? 

If you have received special pricing on WolfNet services and upgrades, we will continue to honor your discounts.  The price of your product will remain the same until cancellation of services.

Can I keep my KWRI provided services or do I need to upgrade?

The WolfNet property search version associated with eAgentC websites is being sunset on December 31. If you would like to continue using WolfNet IDX services without interruption, please contact our team for details on version 3.0R including options, pricing and best practices.

How can I confirm my website is safe from being shut down?

If you have purchased a WordPress Instant Site from WolfNet, your website will not be affected.  If you have purchased a 3rd party website (not powered by WolfNet or KW) and you subscribe to upgraded IDX services from WolfNet (version 3.0R, MapTracks, WordPress Plugin, etc), your website will not be affected.
